The Golden Circle is an education and capability-building company focused on learning that extends beyond conventional classrooms and training rooms.
We currently work primarily in Life-Saving & Preparedness Education, while building a platform that can grow into other areas of meaningful, non-academic learning over time.

How It Began
The Golden Circle grew from years of working with learners across different environments and seeing a common gap:
People often know something without truly knowing how to use it.
The idea was to create learning experiences where people could explore, practise, question and understand, not simply receive information.
What began with a focus on practical learning and emergency preparedness is gradually evolving into a broader platform for meaningful, experience-based education.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE GOLDEN CIRCLE
Indrajit J
With over 12 years of experience in learning, development, facilitation and emergency preparedness, Indrajit has worked across educational, institutional, corporate and community environments.
Over the years, his work led to a recurring question: Why do people often know something, yet struggle to apply it when the situation demands it?
That question gradually shaped his approach to learning—one that places understanding before completion, practical experience before passive instruction, and independent thinking before simply following directions.
The Golden Circle grew from this belief: that meaningful learning should not end when a session ends. Something should remain with the learner—an understanding, a capability, a question, or a different way of looking at the world.
